Welcome...
Bethlehem Link is a registered charity which organises cultural visits by Palestinian children from the Ghirass Centre in Bethlehem to the UK where they stay with local familes and schools. In this way, Bethlehem Link aims to contribute towards the development of cultural and personal ties between young people in both countries.
The Ghirass Centre provides the children with a safe place to meet each other, learn, and grow into young adults in an effort to counteract the damaging effects caused by the situation in that part of the world. It provides opportunities for their educational, cultural and personal development. A major project at the Centre is traditional Palestinian (dabkah) dance for which the children have won numerous awards. You can visit their website at www.ghirass.org
